We got two inches of rain last night. Everything is soaked and muddy and disgusting. More rain is forecast for later today.
CYO is saying today's soccer game is on.
Do I take the boy? Or skip it? Do I go to Mommy Hell for that?

I say skip it!
I skipped Jacob's ball practice today because I just have too much to do. He had 2 games this week one of which was a 7:30 game on a school night.
skip it....missing one game won't hurt anything, playing in the mud and rain could give him a cold and/or an injury
